Thinking a lot about frugality and grocery shopping. There really are a ton of resources....like most of the internet one step forward two steps back.

Groupon has this app(?) called snap where you get cash back on purchases from any store by scanning the receipts for things like bananas and sweet potatoes

*the butcher marks the meat down between 8-10am...is this true?
I never thought about but milk is cheaper at the drugstore.
